Rosalie
Hutton M.Sc., MCIPD
Rosalie is an Occupational Psychologist and
for the past 12 years has been mainly involved in the field of
psychometric testing for selection, development and assessment
purposes. She has also had extensive experience in the use of
computer software not only in psychometric testing but also for
assessment centres. Rosalie has worked closely with a large number
of organisations both in the public and private sector. She has
managed the design, implementation and evaluation of several psychometric
validation projects. Rosalie has had 25 years experience in personnel
and training including several years experience working within
various Government training initiatives.

Glenn
Hutton M.Phil., FCIPD, MISMA
Glenn worked as head of quality assurance
and assessment within part of the Home Office for 5 years and
is used as an assessment consultant by a number of large private
sector organisations. He has considerable experience in the design
and delivery of assessment and development centres. He is a qualified
assessor/ verifier for vocational qualifications, lead auditor/assessor
with the British Standards Institute, European Foundation for
Quality Management assessor and Investors in People assessor.
He has specialised in the design of work sample exercises and
knowledge questionnaires working closely with the US Board of
Medical Examiners and works as a technical author for a major
UK publisher.

For
the past 12 years Glenn has been a training consultant to The
Work Skills Centre, University of York, involved with personal
and professional development and assessment.
Psychometric Technology also
contracts with a number of consultants who have considerable expertise
in selection and assessment.
